Box 7656   Metairie, LA. 70010 Police reports can be obtained by going to the South Plaza Building Complex, Records Room, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. The cost for an accident and/or incident reports are $5.00 for the first four sheets.  Additional sheets are $.50 each.  Front and back of a report is considered two sheets.
